I also created that landing page in the image above in 10 minutes using Blogger and a couple of altered images. A trick I like to use is to imagine myself as the target consumer of the product and ask myself, “Would I buy something from this website”? If the answer was “no” then I would move on and search for a new Clickbank product to promote.

Typically, many Clickbank products, or more specifically e-books, are displayed similarly to the picture above. While the e-book may ostensibly have nice cover art and an intricate design, this does not mean the same effort was put into the content of the e-book. One way you can find out if the product is any good or not is by contacting the vendor directly and asking for a review copy. If this doesn’t work, you can always buy the product yourself, although this can become expensive if you have to sort through hundreds of different products.

While this is an exaggeration, I have seen many Clickbank products claiming to help someone make over $10,000 a week just by reading their 50 page e-book. Why would anybody sell an eBook that can make any person in the world $59,000 a week for only $14.99? Think about it like this: If you knew a method to accumulate that much cash in such a short amount of time, why would you share it with the world? If too many people learn the method, they’ll just saturate the method with competition until it’s no longer lucrative. Now, if this were a legitimate method, the vendor would most likely keep it to himself instead of selling it $14.99 and subsequently over-saturating a highly lucrative method.
